I am a developer at Array.
I am a software engineer with a focus toward responsive, accessible and efficient design. I am an analytical thinker who likes to know how and why things work the way that they do.
Prior to becoming a developer, I spent the last 13 years as a Fleet Manager in agriculture and oil & gas. During this time, I managed as many as 700 drivers and 4,000 assets with an annual budget of $35MM. In 2019 I consulted with Hitachi on the development of the first AI Fleet Management software to maximize productivity and reduce unexpected downtime. In 2021 I co-authored Oklahoma House Bill 2325 to eliminate the need for pilot cars for retail implement dealers.
These experiences gave me the skills in day-to-day business operations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and data analysis but none of it would have been possible without teamwork, collaboration, and processes.
The tech resources and community are such a blessing and I enjoy being a contributing part of the tech community. Thanks for checking out my page!
I love to write efficient, well documented, and scalable code. I try to stay up to date on the latest best practices and writing code that is easy to review and debug.
My experience in business operations has allowed me to be an asset on the technology side as well as the business side. I enjoy joining people, process, and technology to continually provide value.
